Dr. Bruce Pierce graduated from the Optometry School at the University of Waterloo in 1983 and bought this practice from Dr. Murray Munn in 1984.  It is one of the oldest optometry practices in Waterloo.  Dr. Pierce has enjoyed integrating all of the latest knowledge and technology into the practice, while keeping the personal touch that our patients value.  Dr. Patti Ellison joined her husband in the practice in 1994, after practicing in Guelph for 6 years.  Dr. Jennifer Clayfield later joined the practice as an associate and is now working in the neighbourhood where she grew up.

And last but not least, drop by the office sometime.  We have some great new frames and sunglasses in the frame room, and if your glasses need a "tune up", we'd be glad to help.  We even have contact lens solutions and eye drops at a discount and we always refill the spray bottles for cleaning your glasses at no charge!
