As of September 1 2021 no OHIP funded exams will be conducted at optometry offices across Ontario including Pierce Family Vision. This will continue until the now desperate 30 year underfunding by the Ministry of Health is resolved. Self paid exams with patients aged 20-64 are still being offered as usual. We hope the Government of Ontario resolves this matter quickly but are saddened it has come to this.

Please go to saveeyecare.ca for more information. Call the office at 519-886-4170 during office hours to be put on a waiting list for a future eye exam or for information on how to access urgent eye care during this time. Urgent care will be triaged by our optometrists.
